1. Agreement

By placing an order on this site, you agree to these terms and confirm you are authorized to act for the individual or organization making the booking.

2. Booking and Payment

• Orders are confirmed after payment authorization and our booking confirmation.
• Quoted prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise stated.
• Applicable taxes and service fees are shown at checkout.

3. Changes, Cancellations, and Availability

Requests to amend dates, venue details, or setup requirements are subject to operational feasibility and may affect pricing. Product and slot availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate site access, timing, and venue information.
• Ensure required permits, approvals, and venue permissions are obtained.
• Use rented equipment safely and in accordance with provided instructions.

5. Liability

To the extent permitted by Singapore law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including event disruption caused by venue restrictions, force majeure events, or third-party failures.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
